It appears that Garmin will be coming out with a tracking device that will allow you track you in real time. The article describes the battery as lasting 4 weeks. Now you can have a little piece of mind that you friends/family can track you on your long bike rides or even at races. You will have to pay an annual service fee of $49.99 for the ability to track online or on a smartphone app.
